Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure seamless freight process flow.
  2. Accurately and promptly enter data into our operational system.
  3. Track and trace transcontinental files and reporting.
  4. Accurately and promptly bill clients and vendors.
  5. Deliver freight and clear customs on time when applicable.
  6. Interact with customers to arrange shipments that meet service standards.
  7. Maintain good relationships with suppliers.
  8. Comply with all regulations.
  9. Respond to network communications and emails in a timely manner.
  10. Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) according to company policy.
  11. Understand customer procedures and maintain updated internal documentation.
  12. 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  13. Understanding of ocean documentation is an asset.
  14. Effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely to achieve positive results.
  15. Strong organizational skills and proactivity.
  16. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  17. Hazardous Materials certification is preferred.
  18. Fluency in English is required.
