Lead Quality Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving strategic quality activities related to design, reliability, and manufacturability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with experience leading large-scale new product development programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and on-budget performance through the new product development cycle.

The role will involve:

  • Leading the Extended Operations Team to ensure scope, schedule, and budget alignment between operations and core team functions.
  • Championing the Voice of Quality and driving planning and execution to achieve production readiness and successful product launches.
  • Tracking and managing quality KPIs.
  • Managing CAPA execution, TMV development, statistical data analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Coaching and developing extended team members to help individuals advance their skills and careers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or science or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience.
  • Experience as a Program Manager leading large-scale new product development programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in engineering or science or a related discipline.
  • Medical Device product development or operations experience with catheters, sheaths, or other disposable medical devices.
