About the Role

The Conference and Banqueting Manager is a critical position at The iNUA Hotel Collection, requiring a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our events and conferences division. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving business growth, and upholding the highest standards of customer service and quality.


Main Responsibilities
  1. Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute conferences, banquets, and other events, ensuring seamless logistics, impeccable presentation, and memorable guest experiences.
  2. Client Consultation and Communication: Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations, tailoring our services to meet their unique requirements.
  3. Team Management and Leadership: Lead and motivate the Conference and Banqueting Team, empowering them to deliver exceptional results, exceed client expectations, and drive business growth.
  4. Financial Management: Manage event budgets, revenues, and expenses, ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to established financial controls.
  5. Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyse events, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the overall quality of our services.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in conference and banqueting management, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a commitment to creating a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
