Recruitment Specialist

This role is a valuable opportunity to gain experience in the recruitment process from start to finish.

You will be responsible for handling incoming calls and requests for information, as well as inputting data into our recruitment system manager.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and provide support to clients
  • Input data into our recruitment system manager
  • Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
  • Work effectively as a member of a team
  • Reference candidates
  • Support the recruitment team with compliance
  • Perform general administrative tasks
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Excellent customer service skills
