Job Title: Corporate Solicitor

Key Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled solicitor to join our legal department. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing technically accurate legal advice directly to clients, under appropriate supervision, in support of senior fee earners.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technically accurate legal advice directly to clients, under appropriate supervision, in support of senior fee earners.
  • Achieve chargeable hours targets in line with expectations.
  • Proactively manage work in progress and outstanding debt in accordance with firm policies.
  • Assist in preparing accurate fee estimates and client quotations.
  • Ensure clients are clearly informed about anticipated fees and disbursements, and provide timely updates as matters progress.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the firm's full range of services and identify opportunities to generate new client work.
  • Consistently deliver a high standard of client service.
  • Support the growth and development of junior team members through coaching and collaboration with senior colleagues.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years relevant PQE and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
