  • Ensure continuous learning by providing product knowledge and service training.
  • Drive store results, meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (CR, UPT, ATV etc.), dealing with uncertainty, supervising business processes, maintaining impeccable merchandising and cleanliness standards, and improving efficiency & profit by maintaining sound operational practices.
