Located in County Roscommon, this role offers flexible working arrangements as a self-employed counsellor. You will be managing your own calendar and providing in-person counselling services from your own professional consulting premises.

- Provide short-term, solution-focused counselling (3-12 sessions).

- Maintain comprehensive case documentation and feedback.
- Collaborate with our Provider Services team on risk management.
- Accreditation: IACP, PSI, ICP, APCP, IAHIP or equivalent accreditation is required.
- Alternative: A diploma-level qualification plus 3 years post-qualification experience in counselling hours may be considered.
- Approach: Experience in short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models is essential.
- Supervision: Regular professional clinical supervision arrangements should be in place.
- Insurance: Professional indemnity insurance (minimum €1,000,000) is required.
- Previous EAP experience is highly desirable but not essential.
- Assessment and support planning expertise is beneficial.
- Short-term counselling interventions with a workplace focus are advantageous.
- Understanding of organizational dynamics and work-life challenges is crucial.
- Knowledge of local therapeutic resources and referral pathways is valuable.
- IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, online systems) is necessary.
