Quality Assurance Director

The successful candidate will lead the implementation of quality standards for electronic systems and data management. This role requires a strong leader who can oversee validation and compliance of computerized systems, conduct inspections and assessments to ensure regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement Quality Standards: Develop frameworks for quality control, focusing on reliability, accuracy, and integrity.
  • Oversee Validation and Compliance: Ensure that all computerized systems adhere to regulatory standards, maintaining inspection readiness and continuous improvement.
  • Lead Inspection and Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of digital systems, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Manage Change Controls: Oversee system change controls, deviations, and corrective actions, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Develop Data Integrity Frameworks: Create comprehensive frameworks for ensuring data quality, reliability, and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in science, engineering, or computer science.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, EMA) and data integrity principles.
  • Proven experience with laboratory systems and enterprise platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
