Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our data analytics initiatives. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions to drive business success
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop reports and dashboards to meet those needs
  • Mentor junior analysts and share knowledge and best practices
  • Design and maintain complex data models and algorithms to support business decision-making

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python or R programming languages
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate data into actionable insights
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
