Sales Product Manager

Merchandising Role:
This role involves managing the presentation and sales of products in retail outlets across a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have experience in merchandising or a related field, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently with high energy and enthusiasm.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage up to 120 retail outlets, ensuring products are well-stocked, attractively displayed, and promoted in-store.
- Negotiate shelf space and introduce new product lines and promotions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and in-store training.
- Set up promotional displays and ensure accurate signage and pricing.
- Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
- Experience in merchandising or retail, ideally within FMCG.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a drive to meet sales targets.
- A willingness to travel and work independently.
- A positive attitude and desire for career progression.
