Sales Product Specialist

We are seeking an experienced merchandising professional to join our team in the construction products sector.
About the Role:- Visit builders merchants across Leinster to maintain brand presence and support store teams, optimising product displays for maximum visibility and sales impact.
- Build strong relationships with store staff and managers, providing product knowledge and brand support in-store.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and provide feedback to the Area Sales Manager.
- Preferably holding merchandising experience - industry background is not essential; alternatively, candidates with experience working for a builders merchant looking to transition into a field sales role will be considered.
- Strong relationship-building skills, well-organised and self-motivated, with the ability to follow a structured route plan.
- Full, clean driving licence is required.
- A competitive base salary of €35,000 - €40,000 (dependent on experience).
- Company van and expenses for business use.
- Comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure success.
- Clear progression pathway into sales roles for the right candidate.
