Business Information Associate II - Global Support Role
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Business Information Associate II to support our global team in delivering high-quality informational documents and maintaining our company's information systems.
The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Analyze external requests for information (RFIs) to identify client needs and develop criteria for responses;
- Liaise with account executives to clarify requirements and ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of ICON information;
- Prepare timely responses to RFIs in adherence to ICON procedures and collaborate with other department managers as needed;
- Assist with maintenance of ICON's library of metrics and case studies for business development purposes;
- Schedule RFI kick-off calls for complex RFIs and provide information to global proposal developers;
- Bachelor's degree in science, business, technology, or information technology;
- Strong writing and communication skills;
- Excellent Excel skills and ability to learn new programs and systems;
- Oral and written fluency in English;
- Exceptional attention to detail, timeliness, and quality;
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Able to work under tight timelines with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail;
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills to develop and build successful cooperative relations with internal contributors;
