Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Information Associate to join our team. As a key member of our global business information team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality informational documents in response to internal and external requests for information (RFIs) that distinguish us from our competitors.

You will work closely with our sales team and other departments to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of our information used for business development and marketing purposes. Your role will also involve innovating and improving existing RFI responses and information collections, storage, presentation procedures, and systems.

As a Business Information Associate, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business by developing and implementing effective strategies to improve our information management processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or local equivalent in science, business, technology, or information technology or equivalent degree/experience
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills preferred but not essential
  • Oral and written fluency in English
  • Exceptional attention to detail, timeliness, and quality
  • Strong organizational skill set required including time management, demonstrated by the ability to multi-task and re-prioritize based upon continuous deadlines and new assignments
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills and the ability to work under tight timelines with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills to develop and build successful cooperative relations with all internal contributors to the RFI
