Technical Account Manager

We are seeking a passionate and customer-centric Technical Account Manager to join our rapidly expanding Global Team in EMEA.

You will partner closely with customers to understand their needs, demonstrate how we can solve their challenges, and drive adoption of our comprehensive product suite.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and enjoys working directly with customers to solve complex challenges.

  • Ensure the success and satisfaction of our customers, taking full ownership of your portfolio and driving customer retention.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, providing best practice advice and guidance on our products and services.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and advocating for their needs with internal teams.
What You'll Do
  1. Drive adoption of key features, new product releases, and industry best practices.
  2. Proactively manage and resolve high-priority customer issues, ensuring rapid and efficient resolutions.
  3. Collaborate directly with customers to understand and optimize their HR, payroll, benefits administration, and IT workflows.
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company, ideally in technical account management or a similar function.
  • Experience with payroll is highly preferred; knowledge of HRIS or other HR/HCM SaaS platforms is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage a scaled book of business and build strong, lasting customer relationships.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to shifting demands.
