Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Consultant to join our Professional Services team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in business analysis, workflow optimization, and stakeholder communication.

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
    • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their business needs, workflows, and objectives.
    • Document and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with ALTO's capabilities.
  • Workflow and Process Optimization:
    • Assess existing client workflows and recommend improvements using ALTO's functionality.
    • Map end-to-end processes, integrating ALTO's tools for portfolio management, risk analysis, and compliance.
    • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline operations to increase efficiency.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Business analysis experience, preferably in wealth, asset management, or asset servicing.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex data and identify process improvements.
