Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic bartender to join our team in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create signature cocktails and drinks that showcase your creativity and expertise
  • Work with the rest of the team to maintain a smooth and efficient service
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure every guest has a memorable experience
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including drinks and food
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous bartending experience and basic drinks knowledge
  • A thirst for knowledge – be it product, service, or everything in between
  • A natural people person – you're confident behind the bar and brilliant with guests

We are gearing up to open our first hotel in Ireland's capital city, Dublin. This coastal city is steeped in history, packed with green parks and brought to life through music, art and social eating and drinking.
