Group Reservation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Reservations Agent to join our team. As part of our dynamic Group Reservations Department, you will play a vital role in executing our policies and procedures.
About the Role- You will manage group reservations, ensuring timely quotations, follow-ups, confirmations, and payments.
- Track and document all client communication using provided tools.
- Enter groups into our system correctly, including relevant notes, traces, and rates.
- Coordinate with Hotel Operations regarding group-related queries.
- Complete weekly/monthly group reports.
- Manage payment and billing information for each group, working with Front Office and Accounts.
