Job Title: Home Care Assistant

About the Role:
  • Deliver exceptional care and support to our clients, adhering to individualized care plans.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals.
  • Manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a safe environment.
Requirements:
  • Possess a minimum of QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent qualification.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Be a reliable, trustworthy, and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
