Job Title: Career Payroll Specialist

In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end payroll process for temporary agency staff, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. Key responsibilities include assisting the Payroll Manager in overseeing the full payroll cycle, from timesheets and gross pay calculations to final payroll runs, reporting, and post-payroll activities.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Payroll Process Support: Assist the Payroll Manager in overseeing the full payroll cycle, from timesheets and gross pay calculations to final payroll runs, reporting, and post-payroll activities.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure payroll is compliant with revenue requirements. Support audits (internal and external) and provide necessary documentation.
  • Systems and Data Management: Assist the Payroll Manager in the maintenance and development of payroll software and systems.


Requirements:
  • Detail-oriented and experienced Senior Payroll Executive.
  • Proven track record in payroll management, preferably within a recruitment agency or similar environment.
