Job Responsibilities

As a Staffing Analyst at Northwell Health, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are adequately staffed to meet patient care needs. Your duties will include:

  • Analyzing and verifying employee schedules for accuracy
  • Preparing reports on time utilization, turnover, and attendance
  • Developing schedules for nurses, aides, therapists, and other patient care providers
  • Identifying daily cost-saving opportunities regarding payroll and overtime utilization
  • Monitoring clock-in/clock-out procedures and notifying management of absences

Requirements: A bachelor's degree is required, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 1-3 years of experience in workforce management or a related field is preferred.
