Job Title: Operations Supervisor

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a busy distribution facility in Cork. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in stock control, process improvement, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse
  • Manage and monitor stock control, ensuring high levels of inventory accuracy and minimizing discrepancies
  • Lead, support, and develop a team of warehouse operatives, promoting high levels of productivity and morale
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry regulations

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control processes
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and drive process improvement initiatives
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance
