As a key member of our Transformation Office, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering innovative work orchestration solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.


Job Description:
  • You will lead cross-functional teams to execute multiple concurrent projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement Citco's workflow strategy across Fund Services, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize operational processes and drive business excellence.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to rollout solutions to target teams and business units, fostering seamless data flow and integration.
  • Monitor and optimize workflows to capture true task status and performance metrics, supporting Citco's commitment to operational excellence and SLA adherence.
  • Lead discussions with stakeholders to brainstorm solutions, gather requirements, and assess feasibility.
  • Document and communicate business outcomes and gains from proposed solutions, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Perform or review all aspects of the project life cycle, including scoping, analyzing, developing solutions, RAIDs, reviewing deliverables, and implementing change.
  • Mentor and coach staff to perform successfully in their current roles and progress their careers.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Management Studies, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience leveraging agile project management to deliver multiple projects on time and in scope in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and strong analytical abilities to clearly articulate requirements.
  • Able to present solutions to diverse audiences in a consumable format, effectively communicating complex ideas.
  • Multi-tasking and prioritization skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience using Confluence and JIRA to manage projects, creating process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, design documentation, and wireframes.
