Talent Transformation Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, driving workforce transformation and delivering data-led solutions.

  • Implementing psychometric assessments for talent acquisition and development
  • Supporting the creation of skills frameworks and profiles
  • Managing complex projects and staying up-to-date with the latest Talent Advisory trends
  • Conducting research and qualitative analysis to inform project outcomes
  • Assisting in the design and delivery of workshops and client presentations
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
  • Participating in internal meetings and learning sessions to enhance consulting skills
  • Maintaining strong client relationships to drive continued success
  • Supporting business development activities including proposals and events

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and possess skills such as an MSc in Occupational Psychology or equivalent HR qualification, minimum 2-3 years' experience in consultancy/professional advisory, evidence of complex project management experience, and a strong understanding of psychometrics, recruitment, and talent advisory.

Key Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • MSc in Occupational Psychology or equivalent HR qualification
