About the Job
  • Coordinate new launches across multiple marketplaces, branded webstores, and other key platforms.
  • Oversight of integrations with ERP, OMS, CMS, and payment systems, working closely with technical teams.
  • Main point of contact during onboarding, providing clear updates and managing expectations.

As a Project Coordinator in our team, you will play a key role in driving seamless communication between engineering, sales, account management, operations, customer service, and finance teams.

Requirements
  • Experience: 2-4 years as a client-facing Project Coordinator managing complex eCommerce or technical projects.
  • Project Expertise: Qualification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince) and experience handling multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on relationship building.
  • eCommerce knowledge: Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Magento, or other platforms is advantageous.
