Field Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support to our customers.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from routine maintenance and repairs to complex troubleshooting and problem-solving. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems
  • Conduct complex troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and prioritize project needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in field service, including experience with instrumentation and control systems. You should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Degree in a relevant technical field (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in field service, preferably with a focus on instrumentation and control systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
