We are seeking an experienced L2 Technical Support professional to join our EUC team. In this role, you will work closely with other members of the IT team and business stakeholders to ensure the End User Experience meets current high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deploy and maintain SCCM
  2. Research and test new applications
  3. Maintain Active Directory
  4. Manage Group Policy creation and implementation
  5. Deliver small projects, manage scope and business expectations
  6. Prioritize and manage 3rd Level escalations from the IT Service Desk
  7. Implement cloud projects and technologies
  8. Assist in managing and troubleshooting Azure instances
  9. Ensure high security awareness for End User applications
  10. Maintain the End User desktop experience (Windows Updates, AV components, Applications)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Hold a relevant IT qualification or plan to obtain one in the coming months
  2. Experience in small IT project management and delivering within deadlines
  3. SCCM knowledge (deployments and troubleshooting)
  4. Cloud concepts and models understanding
  5. Active Directory and Group Policy management
  6. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  7. Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  8. Effective communication with all levels within the firm
  9. Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  10. Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve issues effectively
