The Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a team of Mid-Market Account Executives
- Support your team in navigating complex sales cycles, fostering deep understanding of customer needs and effective utilization of Rippling's value proposition
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including activity, pipelines, forecasts, and closed-deals to optimize quota attainment
- Provide regular updates on team and individual performance through pipeline management and forecasting
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and increased productivity
- Drive the team to achieve and surpass monthly targets
- Participate in hiring and training processes, ensuring seamless onboarding of new team members
Requirements
- A seasoned sales manager with 3-5 years of experience in tech sales
- Proven ability to scale business across EMEA region; EMEA experience is a must-have
- Accurate forecasting of team performance
- Motivated, eager to learn, and strong work ethic
- Experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or security-related products
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment
