We are seeking a skilled Account Coordinator to support our Global Media Sales team at Cpl Healthcare.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organized and able to multitask effectively. They will also have a strong analytical mindset and be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Account Team across various tasks including data analysis, customer account management, and reporting creation.
  • Work closely with Ops teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Track requests using a ticketing system and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Review account health and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Contribute to team innovation and process efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Able to learn and adapt quickly to new digital marketing concepts.
  • Critical thinker with strong organizational skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Problem solver with excellent communication skills and collaboration experience.
  • Fluent in English (required) and German (desired).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Advertising Certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with data analysis in Excel, including pivot tables and VLookups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with digital media sales or customer service environments.
