Key responsibilities of this Team Manager job:
Driving sales and KPI's through a large team.
Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
Effectively leading your team through motivation, training, and coaching.
To provide leadership within your department while achieving sales growth through identifying, developing, and coaching talent.
Identifying commercial opportunities.
Conducting Performance Appraisals when required and supporting with talent and succession planning for your team.
Skills essential for this Team Manager job:
2-3+ years of retail management experience in grocery, DIY retail, or high-volume big box non-food/fashion retail.
Proven track record of managing teams of 10+.
Excellent commercial, visual, and customer service skills
Strong people leadership skills
Very KPI driven.
