Responsibilities - Lead the development and implementation of the Global Food Safety strategy. - Identify and ensure compliance across all locations with local food safety regulatory requirements. - Ensure the development of best-in-class risk management controls & procedures for global food operations. - Develop and direct the implementation of the company audit & inspection program. - Act as the internal expert to all levels of the organization for all food safety matters. - Oversee the development and execution of the food safety training program. - Partner with internal and external stakeholders ensuring collective internal and external adherence to food safety standards. - Identify, track & present KPIs to monitor the effectiveness and performance of the global food safety program.- Foster an environment that promotes a positive safety culture through effective communication with all external and internal stakeholders. - Support the ongoing development and assessment of the company's food program, including changing food delivery models and the introduction of new offices. - Lead investigations and root cause analyses for all food safety-related incidents, ensuring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to mitigate future risks.- Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and third parties as required. - Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in food science, Microbiology, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food safety and quality assurance. Experience within large organizations operating across multiple regions & sites is preferred. - Extensive knowledge of food safety regulatory frameworks and compliance. Preferred Qualifications- Certified in HACCP or other relevant food safety management programs. - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Experience with the development and implementation of food safety management systems and quality assurance tools.- Strong analytical, problem solving and data analysis with insight skills. - Auditing, inspection and continuous improvement skills and experience. - Leadership and management experience to guide internal, vendor and business teams as applicable - Able to travel internationally. - Strong stakeholder, analytical, project, vendor and product management skills. - Attention to detail with strong oral/written communication and presentation skills.
