Owing to this continued growth, they now have a need for additional staff within their finance function. This is a tremendous opportunity for a newly/recently qualified accountant to join an ambitious brand and gain exposure in a busy finance function while gaining mentorship from highly-experienced team members.Your new role You will join as Financial Accountant within a busy finance function. You will sit alongside the Senior Accountant and report directly to the Head of Finance. You will gain exposure to and be responsible for month-end management accounts production, co-ordinating AP/AR, maintain creditors and debtors ledgers, co-ordinating the external audit process and assisting senior members of staff with more complex commercially-focused duties such as cashflows, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, margin analysis and cost/benefit analysis. .What you'll need to succeed You will be a fully qualified accountant holding a recognised accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA). You may be experienced or newly/recently qualified also. An appetite for learning is required in this role as it is a very fast paced environment within a high growth company where change is a constant feature. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, is essential for this role as is an ability to work well within a team. An ability to demonstrate commercial awareness and business acumen is also advantageous as the role is not solely a 'sit behind the desk' position but very much a hands-on job.What you'll get in return You will get a very competitive market salary depending on prior, relevant experience.
