We're looking for a Quality Analyst to support performance excellence across our operations. You'll be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and coaching team members, ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with business goals.
What You'll Be Doing
Monitor and coach agents to meet quality standardsAnalyze performance data to identify trends and drive improvementsSupport Team Leads in enhancing team performanceDeliver policy-based training and refresher sessionsInvestigate and resolve decision inaccuraciesPrepare and share regular performance reportsWhat You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (NFQ 7 +)Experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, or Quality AssuranceFluent in English (C1+) and Croatian / Hungarian / PolishProficient in Excel and comfortable with data analysisUnderstanding of the AI space is a plusFlexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressureWe Offer
