Quality Analyst – Croatian, Hungarian or Polish Language Experts
Join a fast-paced team driving excellence in content quality and moderation. As a Quality Analyst, you’ll coach, train, and support Reps to meet performance standards and SLA targets. You’ll work closely with team leads to monitor quality, deliver feedback, and improve decision accuracy across markets. We
What You’ll Do:
Coach and train Reps on quality and policy updatesAnalyse performance data and identify trendsSupport TLs with action plans and improvement strategiesLead investigations into escalations and audit inconsistenciesDeliver just-in-time training and refreshersProvide feedback to enhance tools and processesCollaborate on projects to boost operational deliveryWhat You Bring:
Bachelor’s degreeQA experience in content moderation or Trust & SafetyStrong English (C1+) and expert language proficiency in Croatian, Hungarian or PolishDeep cultural awareness and social media fluencyExcel skills and analytical mindsetFlexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of AI and digital platformsCompensation:
