Customer Growth Account Executive – French Speaking | Salary: €K | Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite in DublinWe are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing international MarTech SaaS company that empowers e-commerce and retail brands across Europe. The company values diverse experiences and perspectives, fostering a culture where innovation and personal growth are encouraged.Role OverviewAs a Customer Growth Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle across the Southern Europe region — from qualification and demos to driving the buying process and closing deals. You’ll be responsible for growing the company’s client base, managing a high-velocity pipeline, and building strong, long-term relationships with founders, business owners, and marketing leaders in the e-commerce and retail space.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and expand the client base across Southern Europe.Manage a high-volume sales pipeline and develop long-term growth strategies.Support peers and collaborate across teams to achieve shared goals.Leverage AI tools to work efficiently and focus on high-impact activities.Mentor and guide new Account Executives while contributing to broader projects.Your ProfileMinimum 2 years’ experience in a net-new revenue sales role within MarTech or SaaS,Proven success selling to founders, business owners, and marketing leaders in e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands.Experience in a high-velocity, multi-stakeholder sales environment.Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).Fully authorized to work in Ireland without restrictions.What We OfferCompetitive base salary: €65, EUR (OTE and additional incentives may apply).Opportunity to work with a high-growth, innovative SaaS company in a supportive, international environment.Professional growth and career development within a fast-moving team.Participation in comprehensive benefits and wellness programs, including bonus plans and equity optionsApply now or send your CV directly to .#LI-AB4 #CplGTPermSep
