Job Description

Regulatory Reporting Pillar 3, VPDublin City Centre with 2-3 days per week in office

Lead the preparation and submission of Pillar 3 regulatory reporting in line with industry standards.Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate data for reporting purposes.Develop and maintain robust processes to streamline reporting activities.Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making within the organisation.Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on reporting requirements.Support audits and reviews related to regulatory reporting processes.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the regulatory reporting function.

A strong background in accounting or finance, ideally within the financial services industry.Proven expertise in regulatory reporting, particularly under Pillar 3 frameworks.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Ability to interpret and apply financial regulations effectively.Strong communication skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.Proficiency in financial reporting systems and tools.A commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
