Booking Agent Call Centre & Customer Service Customer Service Dublin 24 Contract or Temp 20/11/ Customer Service Representative/Booking Agent Location: City West Salary: €13.80 per hour We are partnering with a client in Citywest to provide call centre/customer service booking agents for their call centre.  The position will commence in December and involves 4 full days of training and thereafter you will be rostered to work each week anything from 20 to 40 hours per week (which will. include Mondays and Tuesdays) on a rostered basis. Full flexibility is required. The call centre is open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Fridays so full flexibility is required. Salary: €13.80 p/h Summary: Call Agent / Customer Service Representative To be successful in this role, you will have strong communication and customer service skills with an excellent telephone manner. The ideal candidate: If you are a reliable and customer-focused professional with strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, then you could be the ideal candidate for this position. You will be punctual and dependable with a great work ethic. Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude are a must You will have some keyboard skills and the ability to process information electronically. Your key responsibilities: In this role you will be responsible for dealing with a high volume of customer queries and bookings over the telephone.
