This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to develop technical skills while contributing directly to the organisation's security posture.The RoleYou'll monitor alerts, triage incidents, and assist in the remediation of vulnerabilities. You will work closely with IT and InfoSec teams, helping to ensure systems and data are protected while learning from experienced colleagues.Key Responsibilities* Monitor security alerts across endpoints, network devices, and cloud systems. * Assist in triaging and responding to security incidents. * Support vulnerability management processes and remediation tracking. * Help maintain security policies, playbooks, and internal procedures. * Contribute to compliance activities including PCI DSS and ISO 27001 preparations. * Collaborate with IT teams to investigate and resolve security issues. * Occasionally review unusual network traffic or software behaviours Skills & Experience* 1-3 years in cybersecurity, IT operations, or SOC roles. * Understanding of networks, encryption, OS platforms, and cloud fundamentals. * Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical colleagues. * Familiarity with vulnerability scanning and monitoring tools. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Basic scripting or automation skills are a plus. * Willingness to learn and develop practical security expertise.Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
