Your new role
As the Finishing Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in the final delivery of residential units, ensuring all finishes meet the company’s exacting standards. You will be responsible for coordinating trades, managing snag lists, and liaising with the site manager and project team to ensure timely handovers. This is a hands-on role requiring a keen eye for detail, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar Finishing Foreman role within residential construction.Trade background (e.g., carpentry or plastering) is highly desirable.Proven track record of delivering high-quality finishes on time and within budget.Strong knowledge of building regulations, health & safety, and quality standards.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Full driving licence and own transport preferred.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar Finishing Foreman role within residential construction.Trade background (e.g., carpentry or plastering) is highly desirable.Proven track record of delivering high-quality finishes on time and within budget.Strong knowledge of building regulations, health & safety, and quality standards.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Full driving licence and own transport preferred.What you'll get in return
