Overview Senior Account Manager – Government / Public SectorLocation: Hybrid (Dublin)Contract: Permanent eir evo talent is growing, and we are seeking a Senior Account Manager with a strong track record in sales and client engagement, ideally within recruitment, talent acquisition, or related services.  This role offers a scalable opportunity for a driven experienced professional to help shape our presence with Public Sector clients in Ireland. About the Role  P&L ownership for the segment  Develop and execute market strategies to stabilise existing business and to provide growth within our Government segment. Understand segment needs and tailor the resourcing services accordingly Ensure alignment of key stakeholders, including tender, marketing & recruitment with the GTM strategy Work with cross functional teams to develop the value proposition, pricing and bid strategies Agree the success criteria and develop the KPIs to measure performance Provide insightful monthly segment reports on the performance and forecast  Identify opportunities to effectively position our propositions against our competitors Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends, feed requirements to product, pricing, service or sales teams to ensure we maintain our competitive advantage Lead annual segment budgeting and forecasting process Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and win new business, be able to execute successful go-to-market strategies  Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business Challenge the status quo to deliver transformational change  Qualifications: 5+ years of public sector account management experience Proven experience in market segmentation, go-to-market strategy development, and business growth Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.  Key Performance Indicators Segment P&L performance  Establish a segment approach to winning Return on the investment made in the segment Revenue and margin growth for the segment Reduction of client churn Competency Profile Proven experience in market segmentation, go-to-market strategy development, and business growth. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
