Reward Specialist (18-Month FTC)Industry: Financial ServicesLocation: Dublin City (Hybrid: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote)Contract: 18-Month Fixed TermSalary: Competitive + Excellent BenefitsAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Reward Specialist with strong HR analytical skills to join a team with a financial organisation in Dublin City on an 18-month fixed-term contract. This role will play a key part in delivering reward strategies and ensuring competitive, compliant, and data-driven compensation practices within a dynamic organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the design, implementation, and administration of reward programs, including salary reviews, bonus schemes, and benefits.Analyse compensation data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations.Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to reward and benefits.Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver reward solutions aligned with organisational objectives.Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making and governance.Assist with job evaluation and grading processes.Contribute to reward-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.Skills & ExperienceProven experience in reward, compensation, or benefits within HR.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HR systems.Knowledge of market benchmarking and job evaluation methodologies.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.If this sounds like a role you would be interested in please email your CV to
