About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Reward Specialist with strong HR analytical skills to join a team with a financial organisation in Dublin City on an 18-month fixed-term contract. This role will play a key part in delivering reward strategies and ensuring competitive, compliant, and data-driven compensation practices within a dynamic organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the design, implementation, and administration of reward programs, including salary reviews, bonus schemes, and benefits.
- Analyse compensation data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to reward and benefits.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver reward solutions aligned with organisational objectives.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making and governance.
- Assist with job evaluation and grading processes.
- Contribute to reward-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in reward, compensation, or benefits within HR.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HR systems.
- Knowledge of market benchmarking and job evaluation methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
