As a Business Development Representative, your first touch is essential to the success of our business as your contribution to the sales and marketing feedback loop. Responsibilities and tasksIdentify high potential companies who can benefit from our software.Partner closely with experienced SMB Account Executives, effective prospecting strategies to generate opportunities.Contribute learnings and best practices to the Outbound process and team members to support the success of your peers Your Profile/SkillsetProficiency in English and German1+ year in a BDR role (inbound or outbound) selling MarTech or SaaS solutions desirable, or the below.Experience selling to Founders/ Business Owners/ Marketing personas and strong knowledge of the Ecommerce/ Retailers/ Brands domainAbility to qualify, position and generate leads.Enthusiastic about meeting targetsExcellent team player, always ready to go an extra mileWhat's on offerSalary 67K OTEHealthcare and Pension SchemeGenerous commission structureFull-time permanent contract.Exciting career progression opportunities.Employee stock benefits.Relocation support.Location: Dublin, hybrid modelInterested?
