Overseeing the daily operations of the branch, including sales, warehousing, accounts and steering the business to deliver a customer service second to none. This role is crucial for ensuring the branch operates smoothly and meets its financial and operational targets along with a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share. Team Leadership: Manage and motivate the teams in each department to achieve individual and team goals within the branch. Ability to Mentor younger staff. Customer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers to ensure satisfaction, retention and Growth. Operations Management: Oversee inventory management, order fulfilment, and logistics, to ensure a high service level is maintained. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, relevant training and regulations. Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to senior management, including sales, expenses, and profitability. Market Analysis: Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
Experience and Qualifications

Education: A general business degree. Experience: 5 years+ of experience in electrical wholesale management or similar role. Proven track record of delivering year on year growth in a similar role. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of electrical products and industry trends. Financial Acumen: Ability to manage financial budgets and goals.
