Your new company Our client is an established Irish medical company who design Artificial Limbs and Orthopaedic Devices for clients with physical disabilities. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and accountability is critical. Currently seeking a Full-Time Office Administrator to help with continued growth based in their new Cork Clinic. Your new role Your role will include patient administration and management support, scheduling patients and clinics. You will meet and greet all office visitors, making a positive impression as first point of contact.You will provide administrative support for managers.You will be responsible for answering phones, screening, and redirecting calls as appropriate.Your role will also include general office support, including. Filing and maintaining paperwork, correspondence, mail, supply managementYou will also be responsible for other ad-hoc duties, such as feeding the fish and watering the plants What you'll need to succeed 1 year Admin experience required - Medical experience preferably. Computer skills : Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Sage, Data Entry, Patient Management System Knowledge, File Sharing, etc.Excellent Communication & Organisational Skills with Attention to Detail & Ensuring Follow-upPositive Attitude, Ownership/Initiative, Accountability and problem-solving skills.Ability to maintain a high level of client service delivery and to maintain clear lines of communication Excels in a Fast-Paced Environment, and meets tight deadlinesFormal Education Post Leaving CertificateDiploma or Degree in Business Administration Ideal
