They now require an Administrator to join their team on a 3-month basis. Your new role You will administer and support recruitment processes and administer recruitment competitions, verifying and downloading applications from the HR system. You will set up the interview committees and provide access to completion details online. Oversee communications to candidates and hiring managers regarding the status of the competition. Oversee the shortlisting and interview process, ensuring that paperwork / documentation is prepared and distributed as appropriate. Administer the post-interview process, including verification of transcripts, references and medicals. You will manage any feedback requests as required and ensure systems are updated throughout the process to provide accurate and timely information to hiring managers / HR Business Manager. Generate and implement ideas for continuous improvement in consultation with the Co-ordinators. In addition, you will resolve queries and provide general advice in accordance with approved HR policies and procedures in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in dealing with all matters and ensure the accuracy of data on internal systems and in communication with all stakeholders. Provide cross-team cover for administrative duties in other HR roles as required. Administer processes in accordance with standard operational procedures for activities within HR and support the activity of HR to ensure that the service provided is at all times of the highest standard. Develop and maintain skills in the use of technology, available IT facilities and management information systems. Participate as a member of the wider HR Team in the delivery of HR projects as required and undertake other relevant duties as assigned by the Hr Manager/Co-ordinator. You will demonstrate flexibility regarding the allocation of duties. What you'll need to succeed The Administrator will be working within the recruitment team. This role is customer-focused and will provide advice and guidance to staff and managers on HR policies and procedures. Applicants must have the ability to multitask, meet deadlines and be able to maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in completing their work. They must have proven communicative, administrative and organisational skills. The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly and to undertake other administrative duties from time to time in order to maintain a consistent high quality of service.
