Our multinational pharma client in South Dublin has an exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist to join their team on a 13-month contract. They are seeking someone with strong HR Generalist experience, with past experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment, supporting multiple stakeholders.RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED:·Support HR projects and HR operations across various sites in Ireland.·Update and maintain HR systems, tools, and policies to ensure accessibility and ease of use.·Assist with onboarding processes, employee engagement events, and internal HR programmes.·Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to provide support to managers and employees.·Assist in the management of occupational health cases, global mobility processes, and HR reporting activities.·Participate in HR initiatives and represent HR function.·Provide HR support, responding to any HR related queriesEXPERIENCE REQUIRED:·3+ years’ experience in a HR Generalist role, preferably within a multinational or pharmaceutical environment.·Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (CIPD qualification or a relevant Master’s degree is an advantage).·Solid knowledge of Irish employment legislation.·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.For further information please contact Maryclaire Booth–
