From much-loved brands like Jacobs, Odlums, and Batchelors, our products are part of Irish life.With expertise in manufacturing, R&D, nutrition, marketing, sales, supply chain, and more — we’re growing fast and looking for ambitious talent to join us.We’re now hiring a National Account Manager to join our high-performing Commercial team.The Role: National Account ManagerYou’ll be responsible for revenue, margin, and profit delivery for one of our key customers. This is a strategic, customer-facing role working closely with the Customer Director and cross-functional teams to drive growth for Valeo’s brands.What You'll Be DoingOwn and manage a key customer account, ensuring strong commercial performance and relationship growth.Hold full P&L responsibility for your account.Ensure full visibility and availability of SKUs across all relevant customer touchpoints.Secure new product listings through strategic negotiation.Lead product launch execution at customer level for maximum impact.Collaborate with Sales Management and Field Sales teams to align on merchandising and retail execution.Plan and manage customer-specific pricing strategies and increases.Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams on commercial projects and problem-solving.Leverage category and shopper insights to drive customer growth.Manage customer communications, inquiries, and financial terms (e.g. DSO, deductions).What You’ll Bring️ 5+ years' experience in a senior commercial role within FMCG ️ Strong negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills ️ Highly collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally ️ Experience managing complex customer P&Ls ️ Ability to think strategically (1–3 years) while delivering day-to-day results ️ Strong commercial acumen and customer relationship management skills ️ Excellent at identifying opportunities and converting them into resultsWho You AreAmbitious, results-driven, and growth-focusedA team player who thrives in fast-paced environmentsAgile and open to changeA confident communicator with a strong presence in customer-facing situationsAble to juggle multiple priorities without losing focusCommitted to continuous learning and developmentWhy Join Valeo Foods?You’ll be part of a business that’s proud of its heritage, excited about its future, and serious about developing its people.
