About this role

We are seeking a results-driven individual to join our SME team in Dublin as a National Account Executive. This role is focused on managing large corporate accounts across Ireland, building and nurturing a robust sales pipeline, and delivering tailored solutions across Mobility, Fixed, Mobile Broadband, Unified Communications, and Security. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal teams and customer buying centres to drive revenue growth and long-term client engagement.

What you’ll do

- Develop and own a strategic plan aligned with the “Protect & Nurture” SME Champion Strategy.

- Build and maintain a sales pipeline of at least 3x the annual sales target.

- Identify customer requirements and manage proposal and contract completion.

- Collaborate with Solution Sales to identify and convert opportunities.

- Support marketing initiatives and participate in events to drive engagement.

- Engage in outbound calling, social selling, and campaign execution.

- Respond to tender requests, coordinate internal estimates, and liaise with procurement departments.

- Negotiate pricing and credit terms, navigate procurement processes, and finalise contracts.

- Report on sales performance and pipeline progress to the Inside Sales Manager.

- Contribute to marketing-led growth initiatives and cross-selling opportunities.

Who you are

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar client-facing sales role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated business acumen and consultative approach to client management.

- Organised, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Commercially aware with a solid understanding of sales and project dynamics.

- Skilled in presenting to stakeholders at all levels.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Flexible, dynamic, and solution-oriented.

- Committed to delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues constructively.
