The client –
Our client, a successful medium sized accountancy practice based in Dublin South/ Central currently require an Outsourcing Manager to join the team on a full-time basis. The have a wide variety of clients from SMEs to large groups.
The firm’s Partners have excellent reputations as client focussed, great to work for and fair.
What is on offer?
The role – Management of a diverse portfolio of clients Producing accounts to Trial Balance with the use of various accounting packages Preparation of Management Accounts Client payroll management Training/ supervision of other members of the team Review & submission of Revenue Returns (VAT)
The package – Very competitive base salary Bonus Pension scheme (after 1 year) Flexible work (when required)
About you –
To be a match for this position you will have/ be – An experienced practice accountant Have specific experience in an outsourcing team Have experience managing a small team Be thoroughly experienced working across the following areas – payroll, VAT, producing management accounts Be a good team player Motivated to continue your development in practice
