We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven Italian and Spanish-speaking Business Development Specialists to help fuel our growth.As the first point of contact in the sales cycle, your role will be essential to driving success and building the foundation for long-term partnerships.What You’ll Be Doing:Partner closely with experienced Account Executives to develop and execute effective prospecting strategiesCreate, test, and refine messaging across multiple channels, industries, and buyer personasIdentify and engage high-potential companies that can benefit from our productsHelp shape the future of the company by bringing in new business opportunitiesWhat You’ll Bring:Fluency in Spanish and Italian and English9+ months of experience in an inbound or outbound BDR/SDR roleMotivation, energy, and excitement about exceeding targetsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWhat’s in It for You:First-year earnings of €67, OTEFull-time permanent contractHybrid working model (2 days WFH)Healthcare and pension schemeExciting career progression opportunities in a fast-growing companyEmployee equity scheme — share in our successNot a % match?
